08:30 AM The tour begins with a morning take-off from Rishon or Jerusalem in a luxurious Agusta-109AW helicopter. Your next visit is the Dragot Cliffs, located in the Judean Desert. Here, your pilot will give you an aerial guided tour of the area, who will share their knowledge of the unique landscape and history of the cliffs. The cliffs are known for their striking beauty, and you’ll have the opportunity to take in the stunning desert landscape and capture some unforgettable photos. The cliffs are made of a soft rock called chalk, which is easily eroded by water and wind, creating a unique and dramatic landscape.

Next, you’ll head to the Ein Gedi Nature Reserve, where you’ll have the opportunity fly over the reserve’s diverse flora and fauna. The reserve is home to a wide variety of animals, including ibex, hyrax, and even leopards, as well as over 900 species of plants, including medicinal plants, that grow in this unique desert ecosystem.

Enjoy a drink and a snack in the reserve, surrounded by the beautiful natural setting. The reserve has several designated picnic areas, where you can sit and enjoy your bite to eat while taking in the stunning views of the desert and the Dead Sea.

10:00AM: Visit the ancient fortress of Masada, where you’ll learn about the history of the site and the legendary story of the Jewish rebels who held out against the Roman army. Masada was built by King Herod in the 1st century BC and it was the last stronghold of the Jewish rebels against the Roman Empire. You’ll take a cable car to the top of the mountain, where you’ll walk around the fortress and see the remains of the palace, the synagogue, and the bathhouses. You’ll also learn about the story of the Jewish rebels who chose to die by their own hands rather than be captured by the Romans.

12:15 PM: Take off from Masada and fly over the Dead Sea towards Ein Bokek. The Dead Sea is the lowest point on earth and is known for its high salt and mineral content, which is said to have therapeutic properties. The helicopter ride over the Dead Sea is an amazing experience, as you’ll see the unique landscape of the sea, the salt formations, and the different colors of the water.

12:30 PM: Arrive at the Dead Sea and arrive to your hotel for the day. The hotel is located in Ein Bokek, one of the most popular tourist areas on the Dead Sea. The hotel is known for its luxurious spa facilities, which include a private beach and pool, shower kit, and personal locker. You’ll have the opportunity to relax and unwind before your next activity.

1:30 PM: Indulge in a delicious buffet lunch, served between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM. The buffet includes a wide variety of dishes from the Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine, and you’ll have the opportunity to try some of the traditional and local specialties. You can also choose to buy mud and spa treatments directly at the hotel, if you wish to.

3:00 PM: After lunch, you can choose to relax in the spa facilities, take a mud bath, or have a spa treatment. The Dead Sea is known for its therapeutic properties, and you’ll have the opportunity to experience it for yourself. The hotel’s spa facilities include different types of massages, facials, and body treatments, using local Dead Sea products.

As the evening approaches, you’ll have time to enjoy the hotel’s private beach and pool, as well as the beautiful views of the Dead Sea and the surrounding mountains. You can take a swim in the pool or float on the sea, and enjoy the warm evening breeze.

5:00 PM: After a long and exciting day, you’ll board the helicopter for your return trip to Rishon or Jerusalem. The flight back will give you one last opportunity to enjoy the views of the region, and you’ll arrive back to your starting point feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
