Amazing service and cannot recommend highly enough! With a young family we were looking for an easy solution upon visiting Israel (our favourite destination), the team at TLV VIP were so lovely to deal with and it was refreshing that we could speak to someone human instead of waiting in telephone queues that we found with other companies and in regards to other companies once through (after 20 mins) speaking to someone who barely speaks English was challenging. Our whole experience in regards to TLV VIP was amazing and since we have recommended to all our friends and family as well as anyone travelling on business! TLV VIP couldn’t have done more! They provided an incredible, friendly and efficient service. It was beyond what I expected. I booked assistance with baggage collection from the carousel to the car very last minute. Stepped off the plane, was greeted by Sam who introduced himself & duly whizzed us through all the checks and to baggage collection. He’d already made contact with my driver and loaded the bags quickly. Never seen such an efficient boot loading process! Thank you TLV VIP!
